Hello, quilting friends! Thanks to your support and enthusiasm, a quilt design of mine is now a reality! This design, originally made to explore new ways to make Flying Geese, generated a lot of buzz when I shared it on a guest blog on Quilters Candy. Enough of you asked about the design that I had to move it up in our production schedule!
It was originally known as “Flying Geese in Summer Winds,” but I needed help in creating a shorter and sweeter name for the pattern that still evoked the movement and synchronicity felt in the design. Thank you so much to everyone who left a comment on the blog or on our Instagram suggesting a name.
Now, drumroll please…. the new name for this quilt pattern is: Soaring Swirls! And it’s available for purchase and download today!
